Tire inspection is regarded as the most important step before delivering to the clients. By do so, it could ensure all tires received by clients are qualified meanwhile it also reduces the claim rate. Each single tire must follow 3 key steps to be examined.
The first step is to be checked by human through inspecting the both inner and outer of tires. Normally, tires will be checked by eyes and hands, check the appearance of the tire and judge the grade.

Then, every tire must be examined by X-ray inspection machine to ensure tires are quality goods via finding out the defects in the tire such as clutter , corrosion of steel wire for belt and the bubbles in side wall etc.

The last but not least, all tires will be tested by tire balancing equipment to detect tire dynamic balance and uniformity to ensure every tire is quality goods TYRE PHOTOS Packing & Delivery

FAQ 1.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires? A:1) Material Purchase Control Our Material are imported from Malaysia, Thailand ect. Those country specializing in better rubber. 2) Advanced production equipment, including German Krupp mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine. 3) all semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China. 4)There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on. 2.Q: How about your delivery time? A: Within 10 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement. 
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity? A: The MOQ is 20GP, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic. 
4.Q: Terms of payment 1). First time cooperation, we can accept 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L within 10 days. 2). By irrevocable LC at sight. 
5.Q: What certificates do you have? A:DOT,ECE,CCC,SNI,INMETRO,GCC,SONCAP,SGS,ECE.,Smark,REACH,SASO,LATU,NOM ect. certificates. 6. Q: What's about your production capacity? A: We produce 4000,000 sets TBR and13,000,000 pcs PCR every year. Now we are building second phase production line. 
7.Q: Do you have stock? A: All tires we send to customers are new tires. We don't have any stock to ensure customers use best new tires and New Patterns.
